This is the draft of the Neighbourhood Plan produced at the end of the sequence of statutory consultations.

The Submission draft was approved at their meeting in January 2020

This draft is supported by three evidence-base documents, the Martock Village Design Statement, the Martock Environment Manual and the Flood Risk Manual.

Accompanying this draft also will be a Basic Conditions Statement and a Statementof the Consultation Process, two legal requirements
